Also, you should pick a trail that you’re physically conditioned to handle as some are treacherous.

Hiking is a true calorie burner, especially if you carry some type of supply pack with hiking equipment.

You can make hiking fun by stopping off in a safe location to have a picnic.

Hiking is just a wonderful activity where you could share great stories with those that come along for the journey.

Everyone will get a great workout in without calling it exercise.

7)) Badminton

This classic has to be one of the most fun games around and doesn’t require a ton of equipment.

All you need is an inexpensive badminton set, a decent-sized backyard or park, and at least two players.

You really have to bring your “A-Game” when playing badminton.

If you’re the competitive type, then badminton is right up your alley.

Depending upon factors such as climate and the level at which the game is played; you will definitely burn some calories.

You see, this is exercise and fun combined into one activity.

8)) Bonce Around On A Trampoline

Jumping up and down on a fitness trampoline may not seem like exercise, but give it a try for 5 to 10 minutes.

I bet you’ll change that tune really fast.
