Are you sick of not being able to drink yourself a nice cold glass of milk without it tearing your stomach apart?

Don’t you wish you could eat a nice bowl of your favorite cereal in the morning?

What about that extremely uncomfortable bloated gassy feeling you get in your stomach when out with friends after eating some ice cream?

You tell yourself that you’re only going to drink just a little milk, but it tastes so good… you drink the whole glass and pay the price later.

According to princeton.edu Lactose Intolerance is a congenital disorder consisting of an inability to digest milk and milk products; the absence or deficiency of lactase results in an inability to hydrolyze lactose.

It’s estimated that 70% or more of the world’s population is lactose intolerant.

That’s unfortunate considering that so many of the tasty foods that we eat are made from dairy products such as milk.

While there’s no cure for it because most of us lose the enzymes called lactase which breaks down milk sugars at a very young age.

You can totally avoid products that contain milk sugars altogether or you can take natural supplements that contain lactase or ingest great-tasting substitutes that are almond, soy, or rice-based.

If you’re concerned about not consuming enough Vitamin D, which is an ingredient in milk, don’t worry, you can fulfill your body’s daily needs by taking a high-quality multivitamin.

If you’re not sure if you are lactose intolerant, you can always have your doctor run some tests.

In my opinion, I think that the best solution would be to limit your consumption of dairy-based products, substitute with the alternatives, and consume natural supplements.

Life is short and I believe you should be able to indulge a little in tasty dairy-based foods.
