First off the colon is nothing more than the Large Intestine in which non-digestible fiber, water, and waste resides until it’s ready to be passed out of the body through the Rectum and Anus.
Serious problems can occur if waste sits in the Colon for too long without being evacuated from the body, because it will eventually putrefy, rot, ferment, turn rancid depending upon the food type (i.e. fats, protein, carbs), and stick to the lining of your Colon.
If this occurs, the toxins from the waste will be absorbed back into the body and can poison the bloodstream, liver, tissues, and so on.
You don’t have to be some expert to know that toxins created by your body’s own waste, going back into your system can lead to all sorts of health issues.
This is why cleansing every month or two is critical in keeping the Colon clean.
Cleansing involves the use of natural fiber, toxin-removing herbs and stimulating herbs to clean and maintain the eliminative channels of the body.
Here’s a short list of reasons you should seriously consider cleaning your colon:
- Body odor
- Bad breath
- Consumption of dairy products several times per week
- Unbalanced diet
- Recurring yeast infections
- Frequently irritated
- Get little to no exercise
- Skin problems
- Consumption of meat several times per week
- Explosive diarrhea
- Bad smelling stool
- Irregular bowel movements
- Monthly female issues
- Allergic reactions
- Mental fatigue
- And so on
Fiber is usually a key component in Colon Cleansing products, because it’s the engine that moves food waste and toxins through our digestive system and out of the body at a more rapid rate.
Great sources of natural fiber can be found in Dark Leafy Green Veggies, Whole Grains, Fruits, Psyllium Seeds, and so on.
Another great reason to cleanse is because we live in a very toxic world…
From the air that we breathe (pollution/smog), some of the foods that we eat (pesticides), the water we drink, house hold cleaning products, personal care products, and the list goes on.
Some of those things are out of our control…
However, we must do what we can, and in this case we must proactively search for ways to cleanse our bodies to remove as much of those toxins as possible.
So, if you’re experiencing any of the symptoms that I listed, you should consider doing a colon cleanse.
Remember, the list that I provided is very general in nature and isn’t definitive by any means.
If you suspect that you have a real problem, I encourage you to make an appointment to see your doctor in order to get a professional to properly diagnose any potential health conditions.
Before purchasing any colon cleanse system, I highly recommend that you thoroughly research both the products and the manufactures.
This will ensure that you purchase the highest quality products that actually work, because there’s no shortage of low-quality ineffective supplements out on the market.
The Internet makes research a snap by simply reading the consumer reviews.
As a general rule, for each product you want to see at least 100 reviews and an average rating of 4 stars, because there’s no company that can satisfy all of its customers.
